3. Demo Tools — Specific Terms

3.1 AI Business Chatbot

This tool is provided for demonstration purposes only. It is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. The chatbot is designed to provide general information about Artificial Intelligence and business applications.

• The chatbot does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice
• Responses are AI-generated and may not always be accurate
• You are discouraged from sharing sensitive personal or business information
• The tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind

3.2 AI Document Summarizer

This tool processes text you paste or upload within your browser session only.

• Do not upload documents classified as state secrets or top-secret confidential material
• Summaries are AI-generated and should be reviewed before use in formal contexts
• We accept no liability for decisions made based on AI-generated summaries
• Maximum document length is 8,000 characters per session

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to code, design, written content, service descriptions, and visual elements — is the original work of Mahlo Kgotleng and is protected under:

• The Copyright Act 98 of 1978 (South Africa) — automatic protection from date of creation
• Common law copyright — internationally recognised
• GitHub commit timestamps — serving as verifiable proof of creation date

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any part of this website, its tools, or its content without express written permission from Mahlo Kgotleng.

5. Consulting Engagements

• All consulting engagements begin with a free 30-minute strategy session — no obligation
• Paid engagements are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties
• We reserve the right to decline engagements that conflict with our ethical AI principles
• Deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are agreed in writing before work begins
• We do not build AI systems designed to harm, deceive, or discriminate against individuals

6. Limitation of Liability

Mahlo Kgotleng AI Consulting provides services and tools in good faith. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, demo tools, or consulting advice. You use all tools and information at your own risk.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
