2. What Data We Collect
2.1 Demo Tools (Chatbot & Document Summarizer)
No messages, documents, or personal information entered into our demo tools are stored, logged, transmitted to third parties, or retained in any form after your browser session ends.
When you use our AI demo tools, your input is sent directly to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a response, then immediately discarded. We have no access to what you typed. No database receives it. No log captures it.
2.2 Contact Interactions
When you contact us via WhatsApp, email, phone, or LinkedIn, we collect only:
- Your name and contact details — to respond to your enquiry
- The content of your message — to understand your needs
- Date and time of contact — for our records
This information is used solely to respond to you and is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
2.3 Website Analytics
This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may collect standard server logs including IP addresses and browser types as part of their hosting infrastructure. We do not add any additional tracking, cookies, or analytics tools to this site.

- Google Fonts — loads typography. Standard CDN delivery, no personal data collected.
- LinkedIn / WhatsApp — when you contact us via these platforms, their respective privacy policies apply.

We implement the following security measures in accordance with POPIA Section 19:
- No personal data is stored in our demo tools — by design, not just policy
- All contact information is stored securely in password-protected systems
- We never transmit personal information over unsecured channels
- Our AI systems are designed with privacy-by-default and privacy-by-design principles

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
